This property may not tick all the boxes but some of
them will be ticked twice. Situated at the end of a quiet
cul de sac with wonderful neighbours, it is a safe retreat.
Imagine walking into the new kitchen and looking out
onto an ever changing view every morning.
Open the gate and take a quiet stroll around the reserve
or take your coffee onto the deck and just relish the
view, watch the seasons change.
Inside the house the living areas are spacious, maybe
one for the kids and one for you?
Downstairs has a double carport, great for that winter
washing and another room beside the single garage.
Fully fenced for the pets and close to many amenities
and Schools. A home that holds many wonderful
memories and sadly must be sold

Those with an eye for potential will be interested in this Churcher Street home says Sandra Crosbie.
Wouldn't it be great to live in a suburban
street but have a rural view? This Churcher
Street home has just that. While located just a
down the road from Feilding High School, the
home looks out across to a rural view.
For those who have kids at high school who
like the idea of just wandering up the road for
classes and after school sport and activites,
then this home has to be a winner.
The house is also a brilliant size for families.
Two large living areas are perfect for family
activities. One is a sizeable dining room and the
other the family room. Both have large floor to
ceiling windows so they are light.
Featuring in the main lounge is a brick fire
surround and wooden beams.
The beams are no doubt for support for the
other room which will attract families -- a large
upstairs rumpus room.
Currently the room houses a pool table (which
can stay with the house) and it is easy to imagine
the room filled with teenagers, bean bags and a
place to crash and keep away from the adults.
However, if you don't have a family of teenagers
-- then the upstairs room would make a perfect
home office, craft or hobby room. It has been
used previously as additional bedroom space.
As well as the rumpus room there are three
bedrooms, all with double wardrobes.
The home was built in the 1970's of brick and
aluminum and on the exterior there appears to
be little or no maintenance required.
While the fittings in the home are all still
original, some people may want to update them
to their taste -- but if you like the retro look, then
it is all there.
The house is well fenced from the road, with
the front and back garden both very private.
There is a good sized driveway which leads to
an excellent garage with a small workshop.
Behind the garage is a garden shed and good-
sized vegetable patch.
For kicking balls there is a good backyard --
and not too many near-by windows. But then
again, the school grounds aren't far away for
more active play areas.
In the bathroom is a shower and bath, with the
toilet in a separate room. The home also has
a separate laundry -- something which is often
now missing in modern homes.
The home is presented in very tidy condition
by a proud home-owner. With some updated
colours and furnishing this would make a very
comfortable, well-located family home.

Get active tip: Get Motivated
Being lazy and tired are just excuses to exercise
There are so many ways to motivate yourself to
exercise and some of these tips might help you: find
a workout partner (one of the best motivators), log
your exercise, reading magazines, books and
websites, and rewarding yourself.
Exercise should be fun; if it isn't, try a different
kind of activity you enjoy. As long as you're moving
it's good for you.
Wound up after a long day at the office? Get out
and work off that stress. Sign up for a class, perhaps
with a friend and you'll be motivated to get there and
One of my favourites is motivational quotes. I like
to print them or put them on my computer desktop.
Exercise has so many health benefits to improve
your day-to-day life, so get out there and get active.
