Marton home has
something to offer
the entire family
Families will love this home owing
to its spacious barbecue areas
for entertaining, a small paddock
which leads down to a stream and a
converted rumpus room for teenagers.
Set on more than 1500 sqm of land
across the road from Rangitikei
College, this 1960's weatherboard
home is in a prime location.
The Bredins Line property is also, just
around the corner from Marton School,
the pool, and a short walk from town.
The enviable location means you can
leave the car at home when you send
the kids off to school, or go into town to
do the shopping.
Water lilies and goldfish add to the
authentic feel of the front garden's

All the expected amenities add to the
appeal of the modern kitchen.
Including a ceramic counter-top,
range-hood, and a breakfast bar.
The lounge has a wood-burning fire for
the cold winter months, and plenty of
windows for long summer days.
Three bedrooms, including the master
bedroom, are in the top section of the
house, along with the laundry, toilet,
bathroom with separate bath and
shower, and ample cupboard space.
The lower storey of the house provides
a teenage retreat.
Once a large garage, the area has
been converted into a carpeted

Perfect for teenagers who want their
own space, or an informal living area.
The previous owners did not see the
need for a garage, as there is plenty
